Five-time Olympian Oksana Chusovitina won women's vault for her adopted homeland, first-year senior Tatiana Solovyeva (Russia) won balance beam. Canada's Kristina Vaculik won the silver on vault and balance beam and followed it with the gold medal on uneven bars and floor exercise.
German Olympian Marcel Nguyen won men's floor exercise and Matthias Fahrig won men's vault to give Germany its third gold of the tournament. Japan's Yosuke Hoshi, 24, won parallel bars. Netherlands' Epke Zonderland placed first on high bar. Slovenian Saso Bertonelj won his second World Cup title on pommel horse. France's Samir Said Ait won the title on still rings, his first World Cup medal.
